Total renovation of authentic mansion

(resulting in energy label A+)

Den Haan Renovators carried out the total renovation of an authentic mansion dating from 1897 for a private client.

After purchasing the house, the plan for the total renovation was worked out in consultation with the client. The client made a layout and designed bathrooms and kitchen. We elaborated the plans, took care of the necessary permits and structural calculations.

Because the house had to be completely renovated, we were able to carry out the structural changes as a contractor. We replaced the entire infrastructure, thoroughly insulated the house and fitted it with underfloor heating. As a result, no radiator is visible anymore in the fantastic interior.

Authentic elements have been preserved, restored and improved. For instance, we installed a fitting traditional fireplace made of black marble and finished it all off with parquet floors, tiled floors and Sinck&Co screed.

Upon completion of the work, the house was inspected and awarded energy label A+.
