From garage to ultimate Lounge

A complete transformation of a former garage into living and pleasure space with great potential.

On the first visit to this property, in the 'think and design' phase, we recommended removing the entire structural garage floor because it was uninsulated and not flat, and therefore did not provide a nice base on which to realise the client's dreams. 

As main contractor, we were present on the work floor every day to go through every step from the (challenging) demolition work to the final finishing touches with our client and the interior designer (Ulrike von Stockhausen) to achieve the best possible execution.

The insulated high-quality floated concrete floors are fitted with underfloor heating. We installed facade frames and internal walls with Xinnix doors. We carried out the installation work and selected and installed sanitary fittings. Finally, we installed a kitchen with the largest kitchen island by interior decorator Wood Creations.
